Assemble at KLIA, 3 hours before departure at 3 pm. Wira Saujana representative will assist for check in process. Your Flight to Delhi willl depart from Kuala Lumpur at 19:00 pm by Air Asia flight no: D7 182. Duration for this flight is about 5 Hours 20 minutes. Arrive in Delhi, (Delhi Ghandi International Airport) meet and greet with our local representative. Directly to hotel for check in. Overnight in Delhi.
After breakfast transfer to Domestic airport for flight to Srinagar by GO Air flight no G8 128 at 10.30 am and will arrive in Srinagar at 12.00Ppm. A spectacular mountain flight 1 hour 25 minutes to Srinagar, the Summer capital of Kashmir at the height of 5200 ft above sea level, which is located on the foot of Himalayan Mountains, where tourist enjoy living in Houseboats which are anchored on famous Dal Lake. A Kashmiri warm welcome greets you on arrival from airport to jetty by Toyota Four wheel@mini Bus, then transfer to Premium Deluxe Houseboats by Gondola (shikara). Lunch at at houseboats. Later visit famous Mughal Gardens. Start with Shalimar (The Garden, 15kms from the city center, was built by Emperor Jahangir for his beloved wife, Nurjahan. After breakfast drive 58 km 2 and half hour excursion to Gulmarg (Meadow of Flowers) at a height of 8800ft above sea level. Here you will witness the beauty of Nature surroundings of Kashmir set out like a Doll’s village en-route stop at few villages to witness the country life of Kashmiris. Gulmarg used to be a favourite hunt of the British in summers and you will find old fashioned hotels and shops in the village.One can also have the view of Nanga Parbhat (26,600 ft) if weather permits. Gulmarg has highest 18 holes golf course in the world and has developed into a famous Ski resort in Asia. Take a gondola rides (cable car ride) from 8800 ft to 10 200 ft Kongdori point, high above the meadows and snow covered slopes of Apherwat and Khilanmarg mountain which provide a playground for skiing, tobogganing, pony rides (own expenses) return to Srinagar visit Jamma Masjid the largest mosque in Kashmir and built 670 years back a architectural Marvel with influence from central Asia and China with 4 Pagoda type of minarets. Back to Srinagar. Dinner in the houseboat. Overnight in Houseboat.
Depart morning after breakfast for a wonderful trip with Picnic lunch to Sonamarg (Meadow of Gold) at a distance of 86 km situated at a height of 8900 feet above sea level. The distance is cover in 3 hours approx and drive up to Sonamarg which goes along the Sindh River. It is also known as the Sindh Valley. The drive is very spectacular with beautiful sceneries along the way, en-route stop at Kangan town, an interesting small mountain town where mountain people from the surrounding valleys come down for trading. Once you reach Sonamarg, you will feel like you are in the Swiss Alps. The meadows of Sonamarg have a spectacular beauty from the strewn with the loveliest of Alpine flowers, lots of Fir and pine and silver birch trees. Your drive during winter will go up to snow point and enjoy Picnic lunch explore the Sonamarg valley and enjoy walking to the beautiful view points on foot or on ponies (own expenses) to Thajwas Galaciers also you will witness the Mountain people Like Gujars and Phul mountain people taking herds of Sheep and goats towards the higher pastures for summer season. Late afternoon return back to Srinagar. Later cruise on Dal Lake visiting the Floating garden, Lotus gardens( summers), back waters of the lake , cruise will go through canals visit to the handicrafts center for papier machie and walnut wood work by Shikara, look for pure Pashmina Shawl while you are in Kashmir. A farewell Kashmiri dinner awaits you at your houseboats. Overnight stay houseboat, Srinagar.
After breakfast enjoy famous mountain resort trip to Pahalgam 96 km approximately 3 hours at 2400 meters above sea level. The drive through pine mountains and cascading Lidder river and idyllic resort for relaxation .The Lidder river offers an excellent opportunity for trout fishing. Pahalgam is known for take off point for treks in the surrounding Himalayan mountains. Arrived in Pahalgam, lunch at local halal restaurant. Later, optional pony trekking tour (own expenses) to the Baisarn meadows and surrounding Mountain trails with magnificent view of the Himalayan Mountains and visit local village. Shopping in Local Markets ( material, saris, pashmina and others). Return in the late afternoon to Srinagar. Shopping in Srinagar. Back to Houseboat. Dinner and Overnight in houseboat.
Breakfast at houseboat, enjoy the cool weather of Dal Lake. THEN check out from houseboat. Later drive to Srinagar airport for flight to Delhi by Go Air flight no 129 at 11:10 am and will arrive in Delhi at 12:40 pm. Upon arrival in Delhi – meet and greet with local guide, Lunch at local restaurant. Later shopping in Local Market for materials and saris. Transfer to hotel for check in. Dinner and Overnight in Delhi.
After breakfast at hotel, check out. Have sightseeing tour of Delhi. Delhi stands as the capital of Modern India. Here you can see the mingling of the Old and New India, the ancient and the modern. Visit Rajghat (memorial site of Mahatma Gandhi), Drive pass Red Fort, the most opulent Fort and Palace of the Mughal Empire. Visit the Jamia Masjid, the largest mosque in India; in Old Delhi to see Chandni Chowk, on Rickshaw ride, the bustling and colorful market of the old city. Next, visit New Delhi. The city was designed and built by the British in the 1920's, it's a city of wide boulevards, impressive Government buildings, green parks and gardens. You will visit monument of Qutub Minar Complex is a fine example of Indo-Islamic architecture. It is the World’s largest brick Minaret built Sultan Qutub-ud-din Aibak, Its construction began in the year 1193 AD, followed by a sightseeing drive that takes you along the ceremonial avenue, Rajphat, drive pass the imposing India Gate war 42 meter high memorial Arch is a tribute to the 90,000 Indian Soldiers killed during World War 1 and Afghan War, drive pass the Parliament and, President’s Palace built in 1929 once the imperial residence of the British Viceroys and official residence of the President of India, Lunch at North Indian Tandoori restaurant and Pray. Then proceed to Agra 185 kms approx. 4 hrs, Arrival in to Agra, Check in hotel. The dinner at hotel. Overnight stay in Agra.
Morning after breakfast visit world famous Taj Mahal, One of the Seven Wonders of the World. Mughal Emperor Shah Jehan built this Marble monument of love in 1653 in memory of his beloved Queen Mumtaz Mahal to enshrine her mortal remains. The construction work took 17 years to be completed with 20 thousand workers. Also visit Agra Fort, a Red sand stone fort built by Akbar the Great in 1565 and completed by grandson Shah Jehan. It has numerous places to visit and beautiful pearl Mosque. Visit it’s Dewan-E- Aam and Dewan- E-Khas, its walls and palaces are silent witness to the rise and fall of the Mughal Empire. Later witness the skilled craftsmen doing fine marble inlay work and look for marble souvenirs. Back to hotel for lunch, Pray and check out. Then drive to Jaipur 232 kms approx. 4 hours. Upon arrival in Jaipur, check in hotel and dinner. Overnight in Jaipur.
After breakfast at hotel. Sightseeing in Jaipur. Jaipur is Known as the “Pink City”, Jaipur is the capital of the colourful state of Rajasthan. Visit Amber Fort. Amber Fort is a marvelous example of Rajputana architecture with its terraces and ramparts reflected in the Maota Lake below. Go up the fort on the back of a gaily-caparisoned elephant true to the style of the Maharajas of the past. The interior of the fort has various royal halls decorated with intricate ivory, mirror and glasswork complemented by exquisite wall paintings. Venture back into the city for a tour to the City Palace Museum where you can see an imposing blend of hillsides and encircled by Fortress. Later visit: City Palace, was the principal residence of the former ruling family and is known for its stunning architecture, traditional Rajasthan and Mughal Art. Lunch at local halal restaurant. Back to hotel for freshen-up and pray. Check out from hotel. Then Visit and photo stop at the Hawa Mahal (Palace of Winds) - a five-storied wonder with a spectacular pyramidal facade and overhanging windows with latticed screens, domes and spires, explore the beauty of this Pink city of India, shopping in Jaipur for cotton quilts and textiles gem stones which Jaipur is famous for.
